Past Department President Vicki Ozenbaugh Completed Her President’s Project!
Past Department President Vicki Ozenbaugh's project was to present a wreath at every Medal of Honor recipients graves to honor their sacrifice. She was able to complete this by giving out her last wreath at Fort McPherson National Cemetery.
